Children Suffer Minor Injuries in Two-Car Accident

Jan 29, 2007 PROVIDENCE - Two children were injured in an auto accident in Wanskuck yesterday morning and one was hurled from the car on impact, the police said. The accident occurred shortly after 8 a.m., according to the police, when a car driven by Maria Sanchez, 28, of 30 West Drive, Wanskuck, collided with a car driven by Chante D. Famogun, 28, of 75 General St., that was backing out of a driveway at 75 General. Chante Famogun received two court summonses for her alleged failure to secure the children in child-restraint seats and Sanchez received a summons for her alleged failure to have auto insurance.....
