Mar 11, 2007SOME car owners could face a 10 per cent hike in the cost of insurance premiums over the next year, according to car insurance search engine Confused.com Its managing director said: "Car insurance payouts have risen steadily over the last few years whilepremiums have remained relatively static, resulting in average claims payouts of pounds 109 for every pounds 100 generated in premiums."
