Online CII Exams
May 3, 2007A Cradely Heath insurance broker is helping staff to boost their skills with the aid of a new online examination system.
Footman James decided to install the CII exam system to allow staff to sit for their Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications in the comfort of their own office.
The company employs 170 people and specialises in classic car insurance, and claims to be the first in the Midlands to provide the online service.
Training and development manager David Marlow said they placed significant emphasis on professional development.
