Save yourself the trouble dont go with Unitrin

While they're rates aren't so bad, when it comes time to actually talk to someone about your claim and ask legitimate questions, Unitrin is absolutely terrible. After having totaled my car, I had a lot of questions as it had never happened to me before and I didn't know what to expect. Every question I asked I was literally yelled at, I was hung up on, I was transferred to 3 different pple and I was offered no explanation for why my car was deemed a total loss. No help from customer service at all and they take a very long time to do anything. Even return a phone call. (4 days) No thanks unitrin!
