most pitiful claims sevice ever

i was hit by a person with aig insurance 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and i have not received any compensation. it took aig 1 week to get someone to look at the damage to my vehicle and determine a total loss. 2weeks after the accident i received the paperwork i had to fill out to get my money. now 3 and 1/2 weeks after accident and havent received a check. aig has now quit paying for a rental even though i havent been paid to get a new car. mark pfeil in claims could care less. he says the check was mailed and aig is now finished with my claim. if i havent received the check yet it is the postal service at fault not them. i suggest no one ever get this god awful insurance
