BCBS Very BadBCBS has very bad customer service, very unfriendly, nobody knows anything, takes several 800 to get a life representative. Coverage doesn't cover anything and very expensive. Not worth it. It took more than 7 months to get mey insurance. Twice they lost my application. BCBS NOT RECOMENDED!
