BCBS reviewThis is the worst insurance I've ever had. Very expensive and doesn't cover anything. This is the first time that I've been sick and can't go to the doctor because it will not be covered. I pay $160/month and have a $4000 deductible. Thankfully my husbands getting a new job. |

The customer service number on the back of my card does not even work and every number people have given for customer service, which is about 3 different numbers, have all been disconnected. Nobody can tell me if my pregnancy continued... |

Worst health insurance in FloridaHorrible coverage they tell you you have a $200.00 co-pay for the emergency room and then they don't cover the doctor's charges or x-rays those go towards the deductible. They did not cover the anesthesia for my husband's knee surgery but covered the surgery. Also, recently for a refill on lipitor they continued... |

Blue Cross/Blue ShieldHorrible health insurance company. Turn down just about any claim, and when you call them to dispute it, they just give you the run around. I contacted both the insurance company and doctor prior to a procedure to see if it would be covered after being convinced it would be covered, and having the procedure continued... |

Blue Cross is the bestSince I've moved and changed employers, I'm losing my BC inurnce nezt month. But duing the 22 years I've been with them, I've found them to be a truly superior company. I've had 5 surgeries and numerous doctors but VERY few problems with Blue Cross. |

BCBS Very BadBCBS has very bad customer service, very unfriendly, nobody knows anything, takes several 800 to get a life representative. Coverage doesn't cover anything and very expensive. Not worth it. It took more than 7 months to get mey insurance. Twice they lost my application. BCBS NOT RECOMENDED! |
