The Worst I have Ever Experienced with CNA Insurance

This company has been providing my family member services for a year now due to a work injury. This family member will never be able to work again and they are still in the early 20's. CNA cut the coverage off and all income for his family before a last doctors appointment that would determine another road of recovery for him. Now they have to pay out of pocket for these appointments with NO INCOME. How can such a great company do this to them? Please tell me why thay have to suffer financially because someone in an upper office that has never seen his injuries can shut him down like that?!!!
