Happy Esurance CustomersMy boyfriend and I have Esurance and when we had to make a claim we got pretty good customer service from the company. My boyfriend was involved in an accident that wasn't his fault (the other driver had been drinking and sideswiped him) and we were concerned that our insurance premiums might go up despite the fact that my boyfriend wasn't to blame for the accident. His car was totaled out, and he ended up receiving medical treatment in the emergency room, which made us also concerned that we would be stuck with costly bills. None of our fears became a reality and Esurance was truly helpful and pleasant to deal with given the situation at hand. They made the claims procedure effortless to deal with and for that will be eternally grateful. At the end of the day, my boyfriend and I have decided to remain customers of Esurance for as long as they continue to offer satisfactory service and good rates.
