USAA Preys on Military

This company is rude all around. They are nearly impossible to communicate with. They refuse to give names when asked providing only first names. They don't sign letters giving a human with who you can communicate in response.
I have never seen such an arrogant business!
They deserve an IG for their preying on the military, a controlled audience.
