Scammed by USAAEverything was fine with USAA until I filed an auto claim; then the trouble started. The accident was the other persons fault but USAA advised me to let them handle it and they would sue the other company for the damages. They depreciated my new vehicle by 60% even though it was only two months old and in excellent condition. They delayed paying the PIP for almost 3 years. Then they raised my rates becuase of a "demographics review of my area". This company is great until you need them, then you better beware becuase they will get you. Avoid this compnay like the plague!! My advice? Go with a comapny that has actual agents that you work with face to face. What makes this company really scummy is the fact that they prey on military and their families...
