Recent accident (rear-ended) 12/06/07

My previous experiences with USAA were always more than satisfactory; i always felt they had my best interest in every transaction until recently. Following my accident the adjustor never came out until nearly 3 weeks later.The represenative assigned to me, a Ms.Montalvo,never returned my calls but elected instead to rather arrogantly speak to my wife. Although i had a contract allowing me $900 for a car rental i was told to return the car when i had nearly $300 left on the contract. As a busy physician this was a major imposition on me, my family and patients. I finally received my car on1/29/08 nearly 2 months later! Service at USAA has changed and i urge you stay on top of your situation including taking names and perhaps taping your conversations since the facts seem to easily be "lost". A formally great company that has left me with doubts.
