usaa auto insurance

I have been with usaa since 1969. Had a incident with my auto insurance. Underwriter decided I was a bad risk, completly ignoring the police report and my statement, but decided to call the other party and decide that they were the honest and poor abused claimant! They were never on my side.....The underwriter didn't like it much when I called him a "flaming _ _ _ hole" So I have been banned from their insurance dept forever. They are HUGE JERKS! Do not ever count on them being in your corner. Give them one little reason to non-renew you and they will. THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE GOD! THEY SUCK BIG TIME!
